Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Iterisglobe, an international tour planner based in Hong Kong. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Iterisglobe and individuals utilizing this website or reserving tour packages. By accessing the platform or initiating a booking, users agree to comply with these provisions, which conform to the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553) of Hong Kong.

1. Booking Eligibility

To reserve a package through Iterisglobe, individuals must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete details during the registration and reservation process.

2. Reservation and Payment Framework

After a passenger reserves a tour package through the website, the reservation remains held for 48 hours from the booking time. To confirm the booking, the passenger must visit the registered office of Iterisglobe located at Kingdom Power Commercial Building, 32-36 Des Voeux Rd W, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong and complete the payment in full within this 48-hour reservation period. Transactions must align with the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) to ensure clarity regarding service details. Reservations not complete through full payment within this timeframe are subject to cancellation without prior notice.

3. Provision of Documentation

The complete itinerary, travel documents, meeting point details, departure instructions, and other relevant travel information are provided to the passenger only after the booking is fully complete and the payment is received at the registered office.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Passengers may cancel their tour booking at any time before the scheduled departure date under the following parameters:

  • icon-iterisglobe Cancellations 24 Hours Prior: If a cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, the passenger receives a full refund of the amount paid.
  • icon-iterisglobe Same-Day Cancellations: If the passenger cancels on the day of departure, a fee equaling half of the total booking amount is deducted as cancellation charges, and the remaining half is refunded.
  • icon-iterisglobe Refund Processing: Following a cancellation, passengers must provide their bank account details. Refunds are initiated within 24 hours of receiving both the cancellation request and the necessary banking information. Depending on the processing institutions, the refunded amount may take up to 7 business days to appear in the passenger’s account.

5. Departure and Arrival Responsibilities

Passengers must arrive at the designated meeting point, airport, ferry terminal, railway station, or specified departure location at least one hour before the scheduled departure time, unless alternative instructions are issued in writing. Failure to arrive on time is classified as a no-show, resulting in the booking being considered cancelled. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling options are provided in such instances.

6. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

All passengers must carry a valid government-issued photo identification and any other travel documents required for the destination country, including passports, visas, and permits. Failure to present required documents at departure results in denied participation and is seen as a passenger cancellation with zero refund. Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring that all travel documents remain valid throughout the entire journey and comply with the immigration and entry requirements of the destination countries.

7. Service Inclusions and Exclusions

The tour package includes only the specific services detailed in the final itinerary document. Items not explicitly listed, such as personal insurance, independent meals, personal Packagesping, laundry, room service, optional excursions, and tipping, are excluded from the package cost.

8. Itinerary Alterations

Iterisglobe plans itineraries in advance with international service providers. On rare occasions, local operational conditions, transport disruptions, or safety considerations necessitate adjustments to routes, accommodations, or schedules. The company reserves the right to make modifications that provide equivalent alternatives, in accordance with the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457).

9. Third-Party Providers

Transportation, lodging, and excursion elements are provided by independent global suppliers that do not operate under the direct control of Iterisglobe. Arrangements with these providers are subject to their independent terms. Iterisglobe serves as an intermediary planner and does not assume liability for omissions or service failures attributable to third-party operators.

10. Wellness Protocols

Passengers are responsible for reviewing and meeting all the wellness protocols mandated by destination authorities. Iterisglobe does not offer advice regarding mandatory remedial precautions. Denied entry resulting from missing documentation is perceived as a passenger cancellation without a refund.

11. Travel Insurance Advice

Iterisglobe strongly advises all passengers to acquire comprehensive international travel insurance independently before departure. The policy should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, luggage loss, and emergency repatriation to mitigate billing risks during the journey.

12. Assumption of Travel Risks

International travel involves inherent risks, including environmental changes, political events, and transportation disruptions. By booking a tour, passengers acknowledge these variables and assume the personal risks associated with global travel.

13. Passenger Code of Conduct

Passengers must maintain respectful behavior toward tour staff, local guides, and fellow travelers. Iterisglobe and its suppliers reserve the right to terminate participation for any individual whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or abusive, without any obligation to provide a refund or cover return transportation expenses.

14. Force Majeure

Iterisglobe is not liable for performance failures, delays, or cancellations resulting from events beyond reasonable control. These events include natural disasters, severe weather conditions, acts of war, civil unrest, labor strikes, government restrictions, border closures, or international travel bans.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) of Hong Kong, Iterisglobe is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, personal injuries, property losses, or additional expenses resulting from supplier defaults, transport delays, or unexpected tour alterations.

16. Intellectual Property Right Ownership

All content visible on this website, including text, logos, layout designs, and graphics, belongs to Iterisglobe and is protected by intellectual property legislation. Users may not copy, replicate, or distribute material from this platform without explicit prior permission.

17. Data Protection and Privacy Policy

Iterisglobe handles personal information in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). The usage details, collection methods, and storage principles are outlined comprehensively within the separate Privacy Policy published on this platform.

18. Severability Clause

If any provision within these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision will be severed. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Complete Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding between Iterisglobe and the user concerning the website and tour bookings, superseding all prior discussions, arrangements, or verbal agreements.

20. Policy Revisions

Iterisglobe reserves the right to modify these provisions at any time to align with legal variations or operational updates. Alterations become applicable immediately once posted on this website.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any conflict, disagreement, or claim arising from these conditions will be submitted exclusively to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
